Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Legend (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kane De Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Legend kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Like a G6. Kane De Silva acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Legend takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Legend shoots in and drives through. De Silva sprawls well.
Legend fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
De Silva throws a right hand that Legend ducks under and follows up with a left that Legend also avoids with ease.
The crowd cheers as De Silva lands an impressive looking overhand right. Legend doesn't seem phased though.
De Silva looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
De Silva fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Legend manages to avoid it.
Kane De Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Legend wants to lay and pray for a moment but De Silva keeps working.
De Silva tries to buck Legend off but Legend is having none of it.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - De Silva has eaten all the pies!

Legend is working to tighten is grip on De Silva's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. De Silva has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Legend is really squeezing tight and eventually De Silva passes out! Legend breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
