Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Asser Toropainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Badr Ramsay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Toropainen comes into the arena with Paleface-Syntynyt rellestää blaring out of the sound system. Ramsay is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Protect Ya Neck by Wu Tang Clan. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramsay gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Ramsay must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Toropainen connects with a nice short shot to Ramsay's temple.

Toropainen dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ramsay. That did some damage!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Toropainen, as that shot connected.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Toropainen.
Ramsay avoids the body shot from Toropainen.
Ramsay misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Toropainen finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Toropainen throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Toropainen throws a front kick aimed at Ramsay's knee but Ramsay avoids it well.
Toropainen tries to bum rush Ramsay with a series of wild strikes but Ramsay uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Toropainen chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ramsay can pounce on him.
Ramsay throws the kick towards the body but Toropainen avoids it.

Toropainen closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ramsay circles away.
Toropainen displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ramsay throws out the jab.
Nice takedown defense from Ramsay. No joy for Toropainen on that attempt.
