Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aaron Alard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and ubereem alistair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). ubereem alistair will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
alistair shoots in but Alard avoids the takedown attempt easily.
alistair throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Alard was covering up waiting for the punch and alistair finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Alard is controlling alistair's posture.
Alard looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Alard looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Alard has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but alistair can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Alard is on top in guard.

Alard takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
alistair is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Alard throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
alistair wants to get back to his feet.
Alard is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Alard seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but alistair does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
