Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dwyane Jamison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Denis Chornya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chornya has chosen SummerSlam Time as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Denis Chornya!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jamison stuffs the takedown attempt from Chornya. Chornya gets slowly back to his feet.
Jamison changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Chornya looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Jamison takes a little break here. Chornya wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Jamison is trying to get an arm triangle but Chornya is defending well.
Jamison slows the pace down.
Chornya is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Jamison is staying tight to Chornya's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Chornya struggling a bit here.
Chornya really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jamison. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jamison wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Chornya, who protects the arm well.
Chornya gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Jamison controlling the position easily from mount.
Jamison has hold of Chornya's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Chornya manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Jamison is trying to take his opponent's back.
Chornya regains half guard.
Jamison keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jamison trying to control the action but Chornya is working from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Dwyane Jamison.
Chornya with a poor takedown
and Jamison counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Jamison.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jamison stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chornya swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Jamison drops back looking for a leg! Chornya is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Chornya manages to kick Jamison off! Jamison jumps back into Chornya's guard.
Jamison is breathing heavily.
Chornya looking for a sweep. Not yet Chornya, not yet.
Jamison trying to control but Chornya is working from the bottom.
Jamison showing good wrestling skills to control the position.

Chornya is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jamison is aware though and is defending well.
Jamison's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Chornya is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Jamison is staying active underneath Chornya, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Jamison is trying to stand back up but Chornya is controlling him
Chornya wants to stand but Jamison has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Jamison is trying to stand up here but Chornya is controlling him well.
Jamison kicks Chornya off and gets back to his feet.
Chornya gets caught flat footed, as Jamison shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Jamison drops back looking for a leg! Chornya is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Chornya manages to kick Jamison off! Jamison jumps back into Chornya's guard.
Jamison drops back, looking for a kneebar! Chornya looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Chornya looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Chornya!
Jamison is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Chornya asserts his dominance and retains side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dwyane Jamison dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Chornya drives through and clinches with Jamison against the cage.
Chornya escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jamison shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Jamison showed some decent athleticism there.
Chornya has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jamison is working away from the top position though.
Jamison is looking to take a break and control but Chornya is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Well, if Jamison is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Jamison's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
