Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dilan Seddigh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Pierce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Seddigh comes to the cage accompanied by Tech Nine - Absolute Power. Pierce has chosen Red Right Hand as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Jonathan Paton and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pierce scores with a hook to the body. Seddigh takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Pierce stuns Seddigh with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Seddigh does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Seddigh misses the jab.
The crowd cheers as Pierce lands an impressive looking overhand right. Seddigh doesn't seem phased though.
Seddigh takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Pierce stalks Seddigh and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Seddigh's face. Seddigh staggers backwards, shaken.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Seddigh fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Seddigh shoots in and bounces Pierce off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Pierce holds on and takes a little breather.
Seddigh trying to control the position from guard on top but Pierce is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pierce can do anything to dispel that myth.

Seddigh postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Seddigh working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Seddigh passes into half guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Pierce is not content to let Seddigh control the position.

Seddigh seems to be looking for submissions.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Seddigh accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Pierce looking to control but Seddigh passes into half guard.
Pierce is not content to let Seddigh control the position.
Pierce really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Seddigh. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Seddigh is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Pierce reverses the position - he's now on top in Seddigh's guard.

Seddigh is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Pierce throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Pierce throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Seddigh works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Seddigh lands a big shot there that rocks Pierce but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Pierce lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Pierce ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Seddigh moves away.
Pierce lands a slapping body shot.
Seddigh takes a swing at Pierce's ribcage but misses.
Pierce lands with an uppercut that bounces Seddigh off the cage and back into rage.

Pierce lands a left and a right that send Seddigh crashing to the mat, dazed. Pierce thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Seddigh is rocked!
Pierce changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Oh Seddigh is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Seddigh takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
