Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Out closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Steele parries the strikes from Out easily there. Out is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Steele to escape.
An elbow from Out crashes against the mat.
Out moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Steele tries to improve position but can't.
Out cracks Steele with a big right hand but Steele just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Steele defending against the ground and pound.
The ground and pound from Out seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Out in side control, throwing shots but Steele defends.
Steele taking punishment in the form of punches.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Out misses with an attempted head punch from side control.

Out has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Out misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Out trying to control the position but Steele is working away.

Out looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Out postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

The referee asks Out politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Out prefers to stall for the moment though.

Out lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Steele down.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Out throws a strike aimed at the side of Steele's head but Steele avoids it well.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Out sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Steele is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Steele is trying to buck Out off.
Out wants to lay and pray for a moment but Steele keeps working.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Steele can do anything to dispel that myth.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Out lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Steele is pushing Out's head away, looking to escape. Out manages to hold on to the position though.

Out is putting a hurting on Steele here, landing some big shots from side control.
Steele really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Out. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Steele looks gassed!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Out lands an elbow.
Out throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tap Out dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Out misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Out dives in and grabs Steele's left leg, looking for a takedown. Steele pushes down on Out's head and hops out.
Steele throws a head kick that half lands.
Steele misses with a head kick.
Steele avoids the body shot from Out.

Out scores a takedown into full mount!
Steele just holding on.
Out loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Steele scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Out land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Out stands and salutes the crowd.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tap Out!
