The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Gillberg.
It looks like Elijah Carr has been cut.
Carr looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gillberg will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Carr tries a head kick but it misses.
Carr avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Carr keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Gillberg.
Gillberg throws a right and a left that Carr avoids nicely.
Gillberg looks to land a left hand but Carr moved out of range nicely.
Gillberg lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Carr can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Gillberg and Carr drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Gillberg.
