The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Itleri shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Parker sprawls well. Parker wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Itleri gets slowly back to his feet.
Itleri fails with a takedown attempt.

Itleri drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Itleri won't allow Parker to get back to his feet.
Itleri trying to control but Parker is working from the bottom.
Itleri seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Parker wants to get back to his feet but Itleri is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Rocko Itleri has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Parker scores with a takedown into Itleri's guard.
Itleri is trying to control the position but Parker postures up.

Parker controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Itleri fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Parker sprawls well initially but Itleri persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Itleri seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Itleri wants to control but Parker is keeping him busy.
