Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maxi Uzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shaba Wonton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Uzi comes into the arena with Slipknot's Psychosocial blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Wonton's choice of entrance music: Jefferson Airplane - White rabbit. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Shaba Wonton!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wonton will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Wonton finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
That kick from Wonton tenderised Uzi's leg. Uzi is trying to keep his angry face on.
A combination from Wonton does no damage.
Wonton misses with a series of wild punches.
Uzi fails with the takedown.
Wonton lands with a shot to the body.
Uzi avoids the head kick by Wonton.
Wonton buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
A low kick from Uzi is predictable there
and Wonton counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Wonton fails to land with a series of punches.
Wonton throws a right hand that Uzi ducks under and follows up with a left that Uzi also avoids with ease.
Uzi darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wonton is looking to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Uzi is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Wonton has managed to free his arm - good work.
Uzi is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Wonton sees it coming and defends easily.
Wonton looks like he's trying to stand up.
Uzi trying to mount his opponent but Wonton defends it.
Uzi is trying to work for a kimura but Wonton is defending well.
Uzi is looking to pass Wonton's guard but actually Wonton recovers to full guard.
Uzi seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Wonton pushes Uzi off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Uzi doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Wonton counters with a two punch combo.
Uzi shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Wonton counters with a leg kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Maxi Uzi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Uzi shoots and misses
and Wonton counters with a three punch combo that has Uzi backing up. Uzi nods at Wonton to acknowledge the strikes.
Uzi is breathing heavily.

Wonton scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Uzi is rocked!
Wonton lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Uzi is looking to close the distance but Wonton sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Uzi crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Uzi is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
