Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 63 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mr Jobber!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brandon Bell!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bell lands a head kick!


It looks like Mr Jobber has been cut.

Bell shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jobber manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Bell stays in close to Jobber's body and controls the position.
Jobber is striking but Bell is not phased and passes to half guard.

Bell is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Bell working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Bell has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Jobber tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Bell looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Bell seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Jobber knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bell on the ground.

Bell is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Bell postures up and lands a big shot to Jobber's brow.

Bell keeps the fight on the outside.

Bell closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Jobber did well to prevent Bell getting side control.
Jobber might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Jobber flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Jobber throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Bell throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jobber stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Jobber fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jobber tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bell swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Bell closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Bell drags the fight down to the ground.
Jobber postures up in Bell's guard and throws a big left but Bell blocks it.
Jobber won't allow Bell to sweep him here.
Bell is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jobber wants to improve his position but Bell is controlling well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bell decides to stand up.

Bell closes the distance and clinches.
Jobber misses with a punch on the inside.

Bell's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Nice shot lands for Bell.

and Bell counters by moving into the clinch.

Bell turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bell manages to end up in side control.
Jobber misses with an elbow from the bottom.

Bell controls the position.

Bell is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Jobber has escaped the position, nice work there.
Bell is staying tight to Jobber's torso, preventing him from escaping.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bell is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Jobber is trying to escape and Bell transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Jobber is forced to tap! Nice work there by Bell! Very nice indeed!
