Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between peter griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and billy westcott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). griffin comes to the ring accompanied by That's gangsta - Bun B. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, peter griffin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, billy westcott!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

westcott shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. griffin manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
griffin wants to sweep but no luck.
griffin working a defensive guard here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as westcott accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
griffin is trying to control the position but westcott postures up.
griffin bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in westcott's guard.
westcott is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

griffin gets to his feet. westcott looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
westcott ducks under a wild hook from griffin.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
westcott dodges the punch combination from griffin.
peter griffin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A swing and a miss from griffin.
Some wild striking there from westcott.
A head kick misses from westcott.
griffin waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract westcott.
westcott walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
griffin lands with a thumping leg kick.
westcott looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

westcott is rocked!
griffin thuds a left hand into westcott's body.
westcott is still on wobbly legs! Can griffin finish him?
westcott looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
No joy there for griffin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
westcott seems to have recovered his senses.
griffin cracks westcott with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the ropes! westcott falls to his knees and griffin doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
