The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fitch shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Baja is trying to defend but Fitch finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Baja looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Baja kicks off Fitch and gets to his feet.

Fitch bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Fitch lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Baja down.

Baja is rocked!
Baja takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Oh Baja is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Baja on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
A big shot lands for Fitch! That's hurt Baja! Will he recover? Fitch fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
