Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alejandro Francisco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Captain Beefheart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beefheart has chosen Yellow Snow as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Alejandro Francisco has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Alejandro Francisco seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alejandro Francisco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Captain Beefheart!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Francisco looks to land a combination but Beefheart avoids it well.

Beefheart closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Beefheart lands in his opponent's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Captain Beefheart comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Beefheart has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
