The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filipovic will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Black misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Filipovic fails with a takedown attempt.
Filipovic throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Black.
Filipovic shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Black as he avoids it easily.

Black circles away from the clinch attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Filipovic tries to clinch but Black is having none of it.
Black throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Black keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The fight stays on the outside here - Filipovic looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

and Black counters with a head kick that drops Filipovic to the mat! Filipovic scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
A head kick by Black - that's a beauty! Filipovic is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Black can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
