Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jhonatan Faust (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Dos Barreto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Barreto stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dos Barreto wants it to stay on the feet.
Faust misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Faust closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dos Barreto circles away.

Faust rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dos Barreto moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Faust wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dos Barreto keeps working.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Dos Barreto has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Faust is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Dos Barreto yanks on the arm and Faust is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Dos Barreto.
