Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Smash Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sterling Kingdom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hammer comes into the arena with Holla if ya hear me blaring out of the sound system. Kingdom has chosen Mainlining Murder as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Sterling Kingdom was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kingdom but Kingdom pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Hammer closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hammer lands in his opponent's guard.

Nice takedown defense from Kingdom. No joy for Hammer on that attempt.

Hammer changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kingdom looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

That was a close round but I would say that Smash Hammer will probably get the nod.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kingdom throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Hammer because Kingdom loaded up on that one.

Kingdom is taking a breather. Hammer says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Hammer is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kingdom is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Kingdom has hold of Hammer's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Hammer seems comfortable defending it but Kingdom has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Hammer is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Hammer is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Kingdom couldn't care less - he's delighted!
