The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thyme misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Thyme throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Thyme throws an overhand right that lands on Florian's shoulder, as Florian tries to avoid the shot.
Florian tries to close the distance and clinch up but Thyme swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Florian wants to clinch.
Florian moves in looking to clinch but Thyme pushes him off.
Suffer Thyme seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fight stays on the outside here - Florian looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Thyme cracks Florian with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Thyme has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Florian to stand back up!

Florian drops his hands momentarily. Thyme doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Florian staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Florian doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
