Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Cal Ripken Jr!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shigeki Sano and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Pepinhos with that takedown attempt.
Ripken Jr gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Pepinhos is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Ripken Jr breaks the clinch.
Pepinhos takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Pepinhos fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Ripken Jr sprawls well initially but Pepinhos persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Pepinhos trying to control from half guard but Ripken Jr is working away.
Ripken Jr is trying to stand.
Pepinhos is trying to control the action in half guard but Ripken Jr is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pepinhos is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ripken Jr is just riding it out for now. Pepinhos eventually gives up the hold.
Pepinhos seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ripken Jr does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Ripken Jr is trying to stand.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Ripken Jr throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Pepinhos fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ripken Jr avoids it really well and circles away.
Ripken Jr lands with a straight right. Pepinhos didn't see that one coming.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ripken Jr tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Pepinhos paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ripken Jr changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Pepinhos is breathing heavily.
Ripken Jr drops Pepinhos with a beautiful combination! Pepinhos stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Ripken Jr is looking for the KO!
Pepinhos is rocked!

Ripken Jr throws a nice inside leg kick.
Ripken Jr throws a head kick that misses.
Ripken Jr wants to clinch.
Ripken Jr feints a jab and as Pepinhos dips his head, Ripken Jr unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Pepinhos right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Pepinhos falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Ripken Jr smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
