The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The cut above Jose Aldo's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Andrews throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Aldo on the side of the head.
Aldo is still on wobbly legs! Can Andrews finish him?
Aldo fails with the takedown.
Aldo seems to have recovered his senses.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Aldo might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Andrews has got the better of the exchanges.

Horrible takedown by Aldo or perhaps it was just good defense by Andrews which made him look bad.

Jose Aldo's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Aldo ducks straight into an uppercut from Andrews and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Aldo manages to regain guard straight away.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jose Aldo's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
