Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Darwin might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Paighn has got the better of the exchanges.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Darwin goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Darwin throws a series of punches but Paighn avoids them all with ease.

Paighn throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Paighn.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Paighn pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Darwin scores with a hook to the body. Paighn takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Paighn connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Darwin crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Paighn - the referee stops the clock and Darwin gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Paighn. Darwin manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

I would just about give that final round to Charles Darwin.
