Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between King Punchy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and IRONMAN GAB (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punchy shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts GAB as he jumps to the side.

GAB fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Punchy, pushing him back against the cage.

GAB tightens his grip and picks Punchy up, before dumping him to the ground. Punchy manages to land in guard.

Punchy working for a triangle but GAB defends it easily.
Punchy wants to stand but GAB is controlling the position.

GAB wants to get up but he can't break Punchy's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

GAB has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Punchy regains guard immediately.

Punchy isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. GAB stacks Punchy on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by GAB!

Punchy is trying to drag GAB to the mat but GAB just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Punchy jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as GAB walks away with a smile on his face. Punchy gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

I would just about give that final round to IRONMAN GAB.
Well GAB has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
