Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lotus Tinkle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustavo Mendes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tinkle comes to the cage accompanied by Jungle Jam. Gustavo Mendes has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mendes scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Tinkle is controlling Mendes's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Mendes is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Tinkle doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Mendes.

Mendes seems to be working for a kimura but Tinkle defends the submission attempt.

Tinkle fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mendes looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
