And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robby Jacobson!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montoya closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Montoya takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Jacobson looks to land a combination. Montoya sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Matthew Montoya has been cut.
Jacobson scores with a jab. Montoya acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jacobson cracks a nice hook into Montoya's ribs.
Jacobson doesn't manage to clinch there - Montoya circles away.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Montoya.
Montoya tries for a takedown but Jacobson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Jacobson connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Jacobson lands a nice looking body shot.

Montoya is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jacobson's half guard.
Montoya is breathing heavily.

Jacobson pushes Montoya off and gets back to his feet.
Jacobson scores with a nice right hand.
Jacobson throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Montoya is rocked!

Jacobson moves into the clinch successfully.
Oh Montoya is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Jacobson breaks the clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Montoya walks straight into a right hand from Jacobson - that's dropped him! Jacobson jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Montoya from any more punishment! Montoya complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
