Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randall Theodoros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerlach Rutger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Theodoros comes to the cage accompanied by When Worlds Collide. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Gerlach Rutger!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Skip Squint and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutger looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Rutger not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Rutger wants to free his trapped foot but Theodoros is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Rutger is nestled in close to Theodoros, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
