Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Leeroy Jenkins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Melhim Abu Shahin!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abu Shahin fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Jenkins misses with a head kick.
Leeroy Jenkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Abu Shahin throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Abu Shahin throws a low kick but it's checked well by Jenkins.

Abu Shahin throws a hook to the side of Jenkins's head but Jenkins sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jenkins throws a wild body kick that Abu Shahin sees coming a mile off.
Abu Shahin throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Jenkins on the side of the head.
It looks like Leeroy Jenkins has been cut.
Jenkins thuds his shin into the meat of Abu Shahin's side.
Abu Shahin drops Jenkins with a right and a left! Abu Shahin comes rushing in but Jenkins regains his composure and manages to keep Abu Shahin in guard.
Jenkins is breathing heavily.
Abu Shahin tries to free his leg and advance position but Jenkins is retaining full guard.

Jenkins had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Abu Shahin defends it easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Jenkins is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Abu Shahin is fighting to break Jenkins's control of his arms but Jenkins is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Abu Shahin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Abu Shahin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Jenkins utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Jenkins pushes Abu Shahin off and gets back to his feet.

Good work by Abu Shahin as he checks the leg kick.
Good leg kick by Jenkins there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Leeroy Jenkins is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Abu Shahin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jenkins moves away.

Abu Shahin misses with an uppercut. Jenkins saw that one coming.
Jenkins scores with a head kick. Abu Shahin tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Abu Shahin is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Jenkins lands a good knee to the midsection. Abu Shahin won't want to take too many of those.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jenkins has Abu Shahin pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Abu Shahin is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Jenkins - that's hurt Abu Shahin badly! Oh, another knee lands and Abu Shahin is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Abu Shahin doesn't seem to be complaining.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Leeroy Jenkins!
