Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gary Dove (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdi wali Mohammed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mohammed throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dove lands with a shot to the body.
Mohammed ducks under a wild hook from Dove.
Dove throws the kick towards the body but Mohammed avoids it.
Dove lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Mohammed throws a head kick but Dove moves out of range.
Dove misses with a hook.
Mohammed slaps away a takedown attempt from Dove, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Abdi wali Mohammed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mohammed closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Dove misses with a looping left.
Mohammed tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Dove lands with a straight right. Mohammed didn't see that one coming.

Mohammed uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Dove.
Mohammed tries a head kick but it misses.
Mohammed tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
A jab from Dove misses.
Dove blocks a head kick by Mohammed.
A cross from Dove lands.
Mohammed avoids the body shot from Dove.

Dove pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mohammed needs to keep his hands up - Dove had a free shot at his head there.
Dove lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Dove lands a really nice looking cross but Mohammed seems unphased.

and Dove counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mohammed won't be happy with that.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mohammed seems a little lost for a moment, as Dove dominates the positioning.
Mohammed is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Mohammed gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Mohammed has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Dove is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.

A bit of a pause in the action here. Dove controlling the positon.
Mohammed is trying to break free.

Dove is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Mohammed has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Dove lands a nice shot that snaps Mohammed's head back.
Mohammed throws a head kick that misses
enabling Dove to counter with a crisp jab.
Mohammed throws a sloppy head kick and Dove moves out of range easily.

Dove shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Mohammed is trying to defend but Dove finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Dove seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Dove has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Mohammed defend it? Dove steps over the head and cranks it - Mohammed is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Dove!
