Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Manto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lay Pray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pray has chosen Don't Fear the Reaper- Blue Oyster Cult as his entrance music. Lay Pray is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pray closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pray really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Manto. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

I looks like Pray might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Pray cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Pray is landing with some decent strikes but Manto is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Manto is wriggling around trying to escape.

Manto tries to hold on but Pray pushes him away.

Pray has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Manto's face.

Let's hope that Pray has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Manto has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Pray's lack of action.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Lay Pray hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Manto throws a right and a left that Pray avoids nicely.
Manto swinging wildly here.

Pray drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Pray lands a couple of elbows.
Pray pushes down on Manto's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Well, if Pray is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Pray is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Manto!
Pray cracks Manto with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Lay Pray showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!



Pray feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Pray is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Manto rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pray moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Pray feints and as Manto raises his hands in defense, Pray changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Pray pushes down on Manto's leg and manages to get into half guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Manto looking to break Pray's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Pray remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Manto will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Manto has the hooks in. Pray is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
George Manto has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Lay Pray is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Well Pray has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
