The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksandr Martynov and Illya Tyunina.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kharitonov slips a straight right by Jones.
Kharitonov walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Jones rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kharitonov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jones dips to his left and cracks Kharitonov with an uppercut!
Kharitonov misses with a double jab.
Jones jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Jones swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jones dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kharitonov. That did some damage!
Jones jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Jones tests Kharitonov's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Kharitonov walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Jones ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kharitonov moves away.
Jones defending well as Kharitonov loads up on a big left hand.
Jones misses with a body shot.
Kharitonov wants to clinch up but Jones keeps it at a distance.

Jones lands with a nice combination. Kharitonov backs away looking to recover.

It looks like Boris Kharitonov has been cut.
Jones throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Kharitonov counters by clinching up.
Jones pushes Kharitonov back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Kharitonov doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Kharitonov lands a nice uppercut.
A nice left hand lands by Jones.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A nice right hand lands inside from Kharitonov.
Kharitonov lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Jones lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Kharitonov throws a punch but it's blocked by Jones.
Jones lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Jones lands a left hand.
Jones blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Kharitonov lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
A right hook to the body lands for Jones.
Kharitonov is breathing heavily.
Kharitonov misses with a hook to the ribs.

Jones breaks the clinch.
Joseph Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kharitonov is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Jones.

Kharitonov is rocked!
Jones misses with the combination.
Oh Kharitonov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jones tries to bum rush Kharitonov with a series of wild strikes but Kharitonov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Kharitonov seems to have got his legs back now.
A low kick from Jones is predictable there
and Kharitonov counters with a nice uppercut.
Jones throws a hook but Kharitonov blocks it.
Jones throws a leg kick but Kharitonov sees it coming and checks it nicely.
