Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ronny Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steven Mann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boy comes to the cage accompanied by Everclear - The BOYs are back in town. Mann has chosen Roxy Music as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boy shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Mann is trying to defend but Boy finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Mann scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Mann throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Boy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mann's waist but Mann gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Boy off to one side.

Mann tries to roll over but Boy keeps him under control.
Mann is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Mann tries to close the distance and clinch up but Boy swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Boy darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Boy lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
The fighters are battling for position here. Mann manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Mann wants to sweep here but Boy controlling him for the moment.

Boy throws and elbow that misses. Mann uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Boy's guard. Nice move by Mann!

Mann throws a jab when Boy was well out of range.
Mann looks to land a right hand but Boy moved out of range.

Boy shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Boy showed some decent athleticism there.
Boy stalling away here and it's allowed Mann to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Boy shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Boy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mann's waist but Mann gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Boy off to one side.

and Boy counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mann won't be happy with that.
Boy wants to take a breather but Mann manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Boy.
