Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Emerson Jorge and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morozov fails with the takedown.
Morozov stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Mowel.
Morozov on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Mowel. Mowel obviously looking to wear him down.
Morozov misses with a takedown attempt - Mowel sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Morozov throws a head kick but Mowel moves out of range.
Mowel keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Morozov. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

and Morozov decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Mowel's guard.
Mowel controls Morozov momentarily but Morozov frees himself.
Morozov won't allow Mowel to sweep him here.
Morozov will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Mowel lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Morozov!
Morozov is trying to reverse the position but instead Mowel has taken his back - oops!
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Mowel's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Mowel is trying to stick to Morozov's back but Morozov is turning into Mowel. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Mowel's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Morozov.

Mowel is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Mowel manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Morozov closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mowel circles away.
Loose Mowel seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Morozov closes the distance and clinches up with Mowel, looking for a takedown. Morozov pushes Mowel against the cage but Mowel circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
