Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Lima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Bezerra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gabriel Lima!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Carlos Bezerra!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Paulo Santos and Matheus Silva.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lima throws a head kick that half lands.
Bezerra avoids the head kick by Lima.
Lima rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bezerra moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Lima closes the distance and clinches.
Bezerra goes for a takedown attempt but Lima pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Bezerra fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Bezerra shoots for a double leg takedown but Lima sprawls well. He's pushed Bezerra's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Gabriel Lima has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Bezerra.

Lima has closed the distance and engaged Bezerra in a clinch.
Bezerra tries for a takedown. No joy.
Lima lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Lima stops a takedown attempt from Bezerra.

Lima breaks the clinch.
Bezerra shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lima but Lima pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Lima rushes Bezerra and presses him up against the cage.

Lima manages to break the clinch.

Bezerra jumps guard but Lima stands there with Bezerra around his waist. Bezerra gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Bezerra tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lima just stands there and leans against the cage.

Lima breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

It looks like Carlos Bezerra has been cut.

Lima pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Lima pushes Bezerra up against the cage in a clinch.
Bezerra jumps guard but Lima stands there with Bezerra around his waist. Bezerra gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Bezerra has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lima is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Lima's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Lima lands a big head kick that sends Bezerra tumbling to the mat! Lima takes a step backwards and waves Bezerra back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Bezerra is rocked!
Bezerra drops his hands momentarily and Lima needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Bezerra just on the top of the head. Bezerra drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Bezerra - he's done!
