The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baenre tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Pujicri blocks a leg kick.
Baenre misses with a kick to the body.
Pujicri avoids a punch combination nicely.
Pujicri blocks a head kick by Baenre.
Baenre misses with a few strikes there.
Baenre fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Pujicri checks it well.
Baenre misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Baenre throws a nice looking combination but Pujicri bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Pujicri misses with a series of wild punches.

Pujicri clinches.
Baenre fails to pull guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Baenre is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Baenre tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Pujicri smiles and moves away.
Igor Pujicri has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Groomph Baenre.
Pujicri stalks Baenre and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Baenre's face. Baenre staggers backwards, shaken.

Baenre tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Baenre wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Pujicri has him pressed against the cage.
Pujicri gets underhooks to prevent Baenre's takedown attempt.

Pujicri using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Baenre has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Pujicri lands a big knee! That's hurt Baenre! Oh, he's all over the place! Pujicri lands another knee that sends Baenre to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
