Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matsufubu Rofuru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diago Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rofuru comes to the cage accompanied by Tetsuya Komuro - Speed 2. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Rofuru misses the target.
The fighters circling - Rofuru throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Sanchez throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Sanchez lands a glancing blow to the side of Rofuru's head.
Rofuru slips under a jab from Sanchez.
Rofuru misses with a takedown attempt - Sanchez sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Sanchez shoots in but Rofuru avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Rofuru loads up on a big right hand but Sanchez slips the punch.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Sanchez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rofuru throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Sanchez was covering up waiting for the punch and Rofuru finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Sanchez looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Rofuru has picked Sanchez up and slammed him! Sanchez can't keep hold of the triangle and Rofuru manages to pass to side control!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sanchez tries to get back to half guard but can't.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Sanchez wants to control but Rofuru is having none of it.

Matsufubu Rofuru dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Sanchez swings for the body but Rofuru moves out of range.

Still in half guard, Rofuru seems content to control.
Rofuru is nestled in close to Sanchez, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Sanchez has his foot on Rofuru's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rofuru works his way back into a safe position though.

Rofuru slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Sanchez is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rofuru is just riding it out for now. Sanchez eventually gives up the hold.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Rofuru postures up in Sanchez's guard and throws a big left but Sanchez blocks it.

Sanchez escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rofuru gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

I would just about give that final round to Diago Sanchez.
I think Sanchez has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
