The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McAllister misses with a hook. Cardona ducked under it nicely.
Cardona shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as McAllister sprawls well. McAllister wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cardona gets slowly back to his feet.
McAllister lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Chris McAllister seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cardona changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. McAllister tries to avoid it but Cardona manages to keep hold of a leg and drag McAllister to the ground. McAllister escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cardona shoots in looking for a takedown. McAllister tries to sprawl out of it but Cardona keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McAllister manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Chris McAllister has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mac Mac Cardona.
McAllister lands a nice looking kick to the body. Cardona takes a step back to recover.
McAllister Rushes Cardona and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Cardona is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. McAllister Piles on the pressure and Cardona crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
