The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin tries to clinch there but Scarlatti circles away.
Scarlatti dodges the punch combination from Griffin.

Griffin lands a big head kick that sends Scarlatti tumbling to the mat! Griffin takes a step backwards and waves Scarlatti back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Scarlatti is rocked!

It looks like Derek Scarlatti has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Griffin tries to clinch up but Scarlatti circles away and keeps his distance.
Scarlatti is still on wobbly legs! Can Griffin finish him?
Griffin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Scarlatti looks for a takedown but Griffin sprawls well.
Scarlatti seems to have recovered his senses.
Scarlatti moves out of range of the leg kick from Griffin.
Griffin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Scarlatti swats away the attempt to clinch by Griffin.

Griffin cracks Scarlatti with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Scarlatti looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Griffin finish him?
Griffin tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Griffin closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Scarlatti out cold! Scarlatti corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
