The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamm changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Kamm on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Kamm misses with a two punch combination.
Good standup being displayed there by Gracie as he connects with a hook.
Kamm looks to throw the jab but Gracie is out of range.
Gracie dodges the punch combination from Kamm.
Gracie avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nice shot lands for Gracie.
Gracie misses with a hook. Kamm ducked under it nicely.
Gracie falls off balance throwing a combination
and Kamm counters with a two punch combo.
Gracie ducks right into an uppercut from Kamm.
Gracie avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Kamm moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

It looks like Tom Kamm has been cut.
Kamm throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Gracie staying out of range there.
Kamm tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gracie swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kamm lands with a straight right. Gracie didn't see that one coming.

Gracie throws a left that rocks Kamm and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Gracie dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Kamm regain composure!

Kamm takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Gracie scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Kamm to see if he's OK.

That has opened up Tom Kamm's cut even more.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gracie tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Gracie is working Kamm over with some ground and pound from side control.
Kamm is pushing Gracie's head away, looking to escape. Gracie manages to hold on to the position though.
Kamm is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Kamm is still in real trouble! Can Gracie finish him?

The cut above Tom Kamm's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tom Kamm's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
