Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Myron Obusan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karol Szczery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Szczery has chosen Konkwista - Walcz! as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Szczery shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Obusan's guard.
Szczery throwing strikes but missing.
Szczery trying to move into half guard but instead Obusan has managed to sweep!
Szczery looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Obusan puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Obusan has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Obusan can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Szczery is looking to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Szczery is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

You can see the frustration on Szczery's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Szczery really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Obusan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Obusan scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Szczery is looking for a way out.

Obusan is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Szczery has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Obusan tries a head kick but it misses.
An inside leg kick lands from Obusan.
Obusan lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

It looks like Karol Szczery has been cut.
Obusan leaves Szczery with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Obusan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Obusan wants it to stay on the feet.
