Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taru Big Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikkel Razor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Big Boy looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Razor swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Big Boy shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Razor but Razor pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Razor lands a left and a right that send Big Boy crashing to the mat, dazed. Razor thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Taru Big Boy has been cut.
Big Boy misses with a takedown attempt - Razor sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Razor gets a clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Big Boy is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Razor can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
