Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lazar Nimirov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Vladimir Khabensky and Illya Tyunina.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nimirov pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Black lands with a hook. Nimirov tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Nimirov steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Black. That one must have hurt.
Black lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Nimirov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Black moves away.

Black clinches up against the cage.
Nimirov is trying to break the clinch but Black has him pressed against the cage.

Nimirov throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Nimirov counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

It looks like Mike Black has been cut.
Black lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Nimirov's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Black throws a push kick but Nimirov slaps the foot to one side.
Black fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Nimirov checks it well.
Black looks to score with a jab to the body but Nimirov is just out of range.

Lazar Nimirov seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Nimirov lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Nimirov.

Black walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Nimirov goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Nimirov counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Black has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Nimirov finds it's way round the side to connect with Black's head.

Nimirov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Black manages to avoid it.
Black throws a head kick that Nimirov semi-blocks.
Mike Black seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Nimirov throws a looping overhand right but Black ducks down to avoid it.

Black fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Nimirov looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Black doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

and Nimirov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Mike Black's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Nimirov loads up on a big right hand but Black slips the punch.
Black tries to clinch up but Nimirov circles away and keeps his distance.

Nimirov lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Nimirov.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Black uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Nimirov.

Lazar Nimirov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
