Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Laurent Gardan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniele Fuschini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gardan's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, AC/DC - If You Want Blood. Fuschini has chosen We No Speak Americano as his entrance music. Laurent Gardan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuschini lands with a cross.
Fuschini misses with the combination.
Gardan slips under a jab.
A solid leg kick lands there for Gardan.
Gardan scoring well with a low kick there.
Gardan throws a head kick but Fuschini moves out of range.
Gardan slaps away a takedown attempt from Fuschini, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Gardan connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Fuschini looks gassed!

Fuschini fails to land with a series of punches.

Daniele Fuschini seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fuschini chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Gardan can pounce on him.
Gardan dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Fuschini. That did some damage!
Gardan lands a lovely overhand right.
Gardan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Gardan throws a sloppy head kick and Fuschini moves out of range easily.

and Gardan counters with a slapping leg kick.

Gardan swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Fuschini missing with a left hand there. Gardan was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Fuschini's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Fuschini avoids the body shot from Gardan.
A low kick from Fuschini is predictable there
and Gardan counters with a head kick. That will keep Fuschini thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Fuschini doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Gardan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Fuschini takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Laurent Gardan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fuschini moves out of range of the body kick from Gardan.
Gardan misses with a kick to the body.

Fuschini throws a hook but Gardan avoids it easily.
Gardan scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Gardan.
Gardan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fuschini swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Gardan wants to clinch.
Gardan uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Fuschini.

Gardan lands a big head kick that sends Fuschini tumbling to the mat! Gardan takes a step backwards and waves Fuschini back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Fuschini is still on wobbly legs! Can Gardan finish him?
Fuschini avoids the body shot from Gardan.
Fuschini seems to have recovered his senses.
Gardan takes a swing at Fuschini's ribcage but misses.

Gardan looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Fuschini fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gardan manages to avoid it.
Gardan moves out of range as Fuschini strikes.
Fuschini tries for a takedown but Gardan circles away easily
and Gardan makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Laurent Gardan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniele Fuschini.
That kick from Gardan tenderised Fuschini's leg. Fuschini is trying to keep his angry face on.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gardan lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Gardan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Fuschini stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The fighters circle, before Gardan throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Fuschini's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Gardan lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
