Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Preston Driver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ross might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Amerika. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ross tries to close the distance and clinch up but Driver swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ross with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Driver to score with a decent uppercut.
Ross is rocked!
It looks like Jordan Ross has been cut.
A solid body kick from Ross.
Ross thows a body shot but no joy.
Ross throws a head kick that misses.
Driver blocks a head kick by Ross.
Ross throws a right hand that Driver ducks under and follows up with a left that Driver also avoids with ease.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Ross.

and Driver counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Driver breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Driver seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Driver is looking for a triangle but Ross pushes his legs off easily.

Driver is looking to stand up but Ross isn't so interested in that idea.

Driver working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ross doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ross manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Driver wants to stand and escape but Ross is having none of it.
Ross wants to get up but he can't break Driver's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

and Ross counters with a good low kick that Driver was not able to check.

Driver comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Ross cracks Driver with a right hand to the side of the head.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Ross knocks Driver out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
