PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Katchafire Collie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Petrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Collie might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to LSF. Petrov has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Ivan Petrov has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Petrov is fending him off so far but Collie persists. Nope, Petrov circles away and we're back to standing.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Katchafire Collie.
Collie shoots for a double leg takedown but Petrov sprawls well. He's pushed Collie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Collie jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Petrov walks away with a smile on his face. Collie gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Collie closes the distance and clinches up with Petrov, looking for a takedown. Collie pushes Petrov against the cage but Petrov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Well Petrov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
