Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Third Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boy comes to the cage accompanied by New York. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones gets the takedown into side control.
Boy is not content to let Jones control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Boy tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Jones wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Boy tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Boy has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Jones parries the strikes from Boy easily there. Boy is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Jones to escape.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Boy is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jones knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

You can see the frustration on Jones's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Jones closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Jones looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Boy with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Boy is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Jones defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Third Boy.
