The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zarencev throws a series of punches but Paapoja avoids them all with ease.
Paapoja scores with a three punch combo!

It looks like Artem Zarencev has been cut.
Paapoja swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Zarencev throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Paapoja's waist but Paapoja gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Zarencev off to one side.

Paapoja drops Zarencev with a beautiful combination! Zarencev stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Paapoja is looking for the KO!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Paapoja wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Zarencev really is a fat lump.
Paapoja lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Zarencev at a distance.
Zarencev is breathing heavily.
Paapoja connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Zarencev! He's out on his feet! Paapoja rushes in and drops Zarencev with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
