Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Domagoj Kovacic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Glavatskyh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kovacic's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Wtihin Temptation-Memories. Kovacic has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovacic tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Glavatskyh paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kovacic looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Glavatskyh.

Glavatskyh working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Glavatskyh tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Glavatskyh has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Glavatskyh is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kovacic is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Glavatskyh goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Kovacic has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Glavatskyh but great work by Kovacic.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Kovacic is fighting to break Glavatskyh's control of his arms but Glavatskyh is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Glavatskyh escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kovacic gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Glavatskyh seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
