Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lou Dog!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Bob Sackamano!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, John Mangel and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sackamano tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dog was well out of range. Poor timing from Sackamano.
Dog moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.


It looks like Bob Sackamano has been cut.
Dog lands a nice shot that snaps Sackamano's head back.

Sackamano scores a takedown into full mount!
Dog is trying desperately to improve position.
Sackamano wants to control the pace but Dog is squirming around nicely.
Dog is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Dog gets back to half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dog is looking to control Sackamano's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dog avoid being mounted?
Sackamano not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Dog looking for submissions off his back.

Sackamano is working for a submission of some sort.
The fighters are battling for position here. Dog manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Sackamano really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dog. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Sackamano has gone for a leg lock! Dog slips out almost immediately though and dives into Sackamano's guard.

Dog looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Sackamano manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Sackamano is stalling here. Dog is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Sackamano seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Dog has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sackamano is not content to let Dog control the position.
Dog has knee on belly and moves into mount.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Dog lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Sackamano hang on?

Dog looking to isolate an arm here. Sackamano doesn't see it coming and as Dog extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Dog!
