Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cole Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Hanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes to the cage accompanied by Disturbed- Indestructible . This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cole Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jeff Hanson!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Bruno Lombardi and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lee.
Lee fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Hanson is out of range.
Cole Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee fails to land with a series of punches.

Hanson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The ground and pound from Hanson seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Lee is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hanson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lee keeps working.

Hanson lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Lee fails to land with a series of punches.
Lee scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Lee throws a right hand that Hanson ducks under and follows up with a left that Hanson also avoids with ease.

Hanson drives through with a takedown into guard.

Hanson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hanson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Lee is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Hanson trying to control but Lee is working from the bottom.

Lee is trying to get back to full guard.
Hanson prevents Lee from standing back up.
Lee is not content to let Hanson control the position.
Hanson takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Hanson thows a huge punch but Lee dodges it nicely.

No joy there for Lee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Lee will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Lee scores with a one two! Hanson had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Hanson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Lee sprawls well initially but Hanson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Hanson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lee doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hanson.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Hanson doesn't manage to clinch there - Lee circles away.
Lee throws a right hand that Hanson ducks under and follows up with a left that Hanson also avoids with ease.
Lee is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hanson.

Hanson is looking to take a break and control but Lee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Hanson shoots for a takedown but Lee saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Hanson avoids a punch combination nicely.

Lee moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Lee looks to land a combination. Hanson sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Hanson scores with a crisp jab that stopped Lee in his tracks.
Lee looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Lee pushes Hanson away with a front kick.
Lee stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lee wants it to stay on the feet.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Hanson goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Lee rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Hanson's guard! Nice work there by Lee!

Cole Lee showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Lee has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
