Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jaska Paska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kawai Desu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kawai Desu is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paska tries to clinch there but Desu circles away.
Nice takedown defense from Paska. No joy for Desu on that attempt.
Desu shoots in and drives through. Paska sprawls well.
Desu tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Paska swivels and escapes.

Paska rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Desu moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Paska drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Paska has gone for a leg lock! Desu slips out almost immediately though and dives into Paska's guard.

Desu drops back, looking for a kneebar! Paska looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Paska looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Paska!

Paska drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Desu manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Paska has Desu in his guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Paska is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Desu sees it coming and defends easily.
