Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Artemis Bray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Whelan Mahoney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mahoney has chosen KISS - Unholy as his entrance music. Whelan Mahoney will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bray avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Mahoney looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Bray looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mahoney is fending him off so far but Bray persists. Nope, Mahoney circles away and we're back to standing.
Bray shoots in looking for a takedown. Mahoney tries to sprawl out of it but Bray keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mahoney manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bray throws a half hearted mid kick.
A punch lands to the side of Bray 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Mahoney connects with a looping right hand.
Mahoney misses with a wild body shot.
Mahoney keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Bray staying out of range there.
Bray takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Mahoney throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Mahoney tries to clinch but Bray is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mahoney throws a shot from downtown. Bray moves away and avoids it.
Mahoney tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bray looks to land a right hand but Mahoney moved out of range.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bray crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Mahoney - the referee stops the clock and Bray gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Mahoney. Bray manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Mahoney throws a leg kick but Bray sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Mahoney cracks Bray on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Bray falls backwards against the cage. Mahoney follows up with more strikes that drop Bray to his knees. Mahoney keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Bray! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Whelan Mahoney!
