Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hans Arne Georgsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Louis Velasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Georgsen comes to the cage accompanied by O Fortuna. Velasquez is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Brother Louie. Hans Arne Georgsen is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Georgsen has a takedown stuffed.
Georgsen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Velasquez was well out of range. Poor timing from Georgsen.
Georgsen walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Velasquez smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Georgsen swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Velasquez.
Georgsen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Velasquez displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Georgsen.
Georgsen drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

and Georgsen counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Georgsen.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Velasquez is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Hans Arne Georgsen wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Velasquez throws a right and a left that Georgsen avoids nicely.
Georgsen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Velasquez but Velasquez pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Georgsen closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Georgsen lands in his opponent's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Velasquez wants to sweep here but Georgsen controlling him for the moment.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Georgsen changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Velasquez tries to avoid it but Georgsen manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Velasquez to the ground. Velasquez escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Georgsen closes the distance and clinches up with Velasquez, looking for a takedown. Georgsen pushes Velasquez against the cage but Velasquez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Velasquez lands a big uppercut and Georgsen crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Georgsen looks OK. Velasquez waves Georgsen back to his feet!

It looks like Hans Arne Georgsen has been cut.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Velasquez flashes Georgsen a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Georgsen's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Georgsen crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Velasquez punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
